Install GPTfy via Salesforce AppExchange and assign required permissions.
Run the post-install script to auto-configure:

- Secure data mappings
Import a Named Credential for secure API access.
Apply security filters to control prompt and data visibility.
Step 2: Connect Your AI Model
Establish a link between GPTfy and your preferred AI service through the AI Model segment.
Step 3: Configure Data Context Mapping
- Map relevant fields from standard, custom, or external Salesforce objects.
- Mask or exclude sensitive fields to maintain data compliance.
Step 4: Create or Customize Prompts
- Use prebuilt prompts for common sales, service, and compliance use cases.
- Customize or create new prompts tailored to your business requirements using the prompt builder.
Step 5: Add GPTfy Console to Salesforce Records
Embed the GPTfy Console within Salesforce objects such as Account, Case, Opportunity, or Contact.
Step 6: Execute Prompts and Get AI Responses
- Choose a prompt from the Console interface.
- Allow users to run AI-driven actions directly from the record view.
- Receive real-time AI-generated summaries, next steps, or other outputs relevant to the record as per your prompt.
Step 7: Review via Security Audit Logs
- Access the Security Audit Dashboard to view prompt execution history.
